CLASS /COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

Classes and courses at the PhysioworksNI studio and Gilnahirk Primary School are restricted to 15 people. Payment must be made in advance to secure your place except for drop in classes. 

For all classes you should aim to arrive no later than 5 minutes before the class start time.

Beginners Courses
A structured 7 week course that guides you slowly and safely through the basics of Yoga providing you with a solid foundation and detailed explanations of the practice and postures. For those with little or no experience of Yoga, or for those returning to Yoga as a refresher or to regain lost flexibility.  Please bring a yoga mat for the courses held at Gilnahirk Primary School

 Beginners Plus Classes

A stepping stone between our beginners course and Progressive classes - the ideal opporunity for those who have completed our beginners course and would like to explore new postures as well as continuing to practice what they've learnt in the beginners course. 

Monday Morning  11.00-12.15pm     Next course starts 6 September 2010
Wednesday Evening 7.30-8.45pm   Next course starts 8 September 2010

Progressive Classes

For those with an established practice, or for those who have already confidently completed a beginners course or attending beginners plus classes. A more challenging class focusing on perfecting the basic postures, and safe guided progression through more advanced variations and breathing techniques.  Please bring a yoga mat for the courses held at Gilnahirk Primary School.

Drop In Classes

Open to all ages, levels of experience and fitness, with no booking required. The classes will guide you through relaxation, breathing and postures, with variations to suit all from beginners through to those with more established practice.  Please note you'll need to bring a yoga mat for the Ice Bowl class.
