CLASS /COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

Classes and courses at the PhysioworksNI studio are restricted to 12 people. Payment must be made in advance to secure your place except for drop in classes. 

For all classes you should aim to arrive no later than 5 minutes before the class start time.

Beginners Courses @ PhysioworksNI
A structured 7 week course that guides you slowly and safely through the basics of Yoga providing you with a solid foundation and detailed explanations of the practice and postures. For those with little or no experience of Yoga, or for those returning to Yoga as a refresher or to regain lost flexibility.

 Beginners Plus Course @ PhysioworksNI

A stepping stone between our beginners course and Progressive classes - the ideal opporunity for those who have completed our beginners course and would like to explore new postures as well as continuing to practice what they've learnt in the beginners course. 

Monday Morning  11.00-12.15pm Starts 28th October 2008

Progressive Classes @ PhysioworksNI

For those with an established practice, or for those who have already completed a beginners course. A more challenging class focusing on perfecting the basic postures, and safe guided progression through more advanced variations and breathing techniques.

Drop In Classes

Open to all ages, levels of experience and fitness, with no booking required. The classes will guide you through relaxation, breathing and postures, with variations to suit all from beginners through to those with more established practice.
