All Level Class.  This class teaches the fundamentals of yoga to help build strength, flexibility, balance, restoration and deeper understanding of asanas (poses). Yoga diffuses stress on three levels, the physical, breathing and mental levels. On the physical level through consciously relaxing when exercising. Then you regulate your breathing. Yogis say that if you know how to regulate your breathing you can reduce tension and on the mental level learning to focus the mind through relaxation and meditation. All these are part of our class. Open level classes are suitable for everyone. Come and try any class that suits your schedule.
