These steady, calming classes with Julie are open to all, including beginners, and offer a holistic approach incorporating breath-led movement with postures adapted for everyone, sound, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. A well rounded class to leave you feeling open, calm, grounded and relaxed. Plenty of modifications and variations are offered so that you can enjoy the class at your own pace and level.
Committing to a block of regular classes offers your body and mind time to absorb the benefits of regular practice, and ensures a commitment to your own health and well-being. Pre-booking is essential as space is limited, but there is flexibility to switch attendance between the evening classes if you can't make your usual booked sesssion.
