Yoga for Everybody with Julie

These steady, calming classes with Julie are open to all, including beginners, and offer a holistic approach incorporating breath-led movement with postures adapted for everyone, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.  A well rounded class to leave you feeling open, calm, grounded and relaxed. Plenty of modifications and variations are offered so that you can enjoy the class at your own pace and level.

Committing to a block of regular classes offers your body and mind time to absorb the benefits of regular practice, saves you money, and ensures a commitment to your own health and well-being.   CLICK HERE for the online booking calendar to book yourself in for any of the classes using a range of passes to suit your availability.  Your pass will expire at the end of each term of classes, and you may mix and match which classes you attend. Drop in options are also available, as well as discounted single class passes for students / under 18s / unwaged
