These steady, calming classes with Julie are open to all, including beginners, and offer a holistic approach incorporating breath-led movement with postures adapted for everyone, sound, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. For experienced students seeking a stronger breath-led dynamic hatha flow class. Expect an intermediate level class that includes movement (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), relaxation, meditation and themes around yogic philosophy. Modifications and variations are always offered, as is time to rest, so everyone can benefit at their own level, and show up just as they are.

A great way to wind down after your busy week. This class is a soothing and highly effective mix of very gentle slow yoga stretches / postures lying down and sitting to release tension and ease the body, mindful breathing practices to calm the mind and deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to refresh and rejuvinate you for the weekend ahead, helping to release deeply rooted tensions. Open to all levels of experience including those new to yoga and those with less mobility, or recovering from injury or illness, and those seeking a gently restorative practice.
