Open Level Class.  Are you new to yoga or you have not practiced for a while? Do you want to gain flexibility, keep your mind and body in shape, release stress and have a better state of general well-being? This class teaches the fundamentals of yoga to help build strength, flexibility, balance, restoration and deeper understanding of asanas (poses) while creating a space for relaxation of mind and body. Open level classes are suitable for everyone.

No need to book. Just come along and enjoy.

New to yoga? Not sure what its all about or how to get started? My Beginners Course is the perfect place to begin your yoga journey.

This course will help you become more flexible in body and mind, as well as less stressed, more energised and balanced. You'll also learn lots about the foundations of yoga, how it works, and how you can take the valuable teachings into everyday life giving you a great toolkit for life off the mat! These steady, calming classes with Julie are open to all, including beginners, and offer a holistic approach incorporating breath-led movement with postures adapted for everyone, sound, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.  A well rounded class to leave you feeling open, calm, grounded and relaxed. Plenty of modifications and variations are offered so that you can enjoy the class at your own pace and level.

Committing to a block of regular classes offers your body and mind time to absorb the benefits of regular practice, and ensures a commitment to your own health and well-being.  Pre-booking is essential as space is limited, but there is flexibility to switch attendance between the evening classes if you can't make your usual booked sesssion.

Intermediate Classes with Julie

For experienced students seeking a breath-led stronger dynamic hatha flow class, along with a desire to go deeper into the more subtle aspects of the practice including pranayama, mantra and meditation, as well as themes around yoga philosophy, mudra, and more.  Modifications and variations are always offered, as is time to rest, so everyone can benefit at their own level, and show up just as they are.

Committing to a block of regular classes offers your body and mind time to absorb the benefits of regular practice, and ensures a commitment to your own health and well-being.  Pre-booking is essential as space is limited, but there is flexibility to switch attendance between any of the evening classes at Gilnahirk Primary School if you can't make your usual booked sesssion.

Candlelit Deep Relaxation with Julie

FRIDAYS 6.30-7.45PM, ROOM 7 @ SOURCE WELL-BEING CENTRE

A great way to wind down after your busy week.  This class is a soothing and highly effective mix of very gentle slow yoga stretches / postures lying down and sitting to release tension and ease the body, mindful breathing practices to calm the mind and deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to refresh and rejuvinate you for the weekend ahead, helping to release deeply rooted tensions. Open to all levels of experience including those new to yoga and those with less mobility, or recovering from injury or illness, and those seeking a  gently restorative practice.  You can pre-book for a block of classes and save money, or pre-book a single class.  Click on the links below to secure your place.
