Drop in Class. This class teaches the fundamentals of yoga to help build strength, flexibility, balance, restoration and deeper understanding of asanas (poses), breathing, relaxation and meditation. A very simple and soothing Yoga class suitable for all ages and abilities. Come and try any class that suits your schedule. No need to book. Just come along and enjoy.

These steady, calming classes with Julie are open to all, including beginners, and offer a holistic approach incorporating breath-led movement with postures adapted for everyone, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. Committing to a block of regular classes offers your body and mind time to absorb the benefits of regular practice, saves you money, and ensures a commitment to your own health and well-being. For experienced students seeking a physically stronger breath-led dynamic hatha flow class, whilst also focusing on the deeper aspects of yoga. Expect an intermediate level class that includes movement (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), relaxation, meditation, mudra, bandha and themes around yogic philosophy. Modifications and variations are always offered, as is time to rest, so everyone can benefit at their own level, and show up just as they are. A class that leaves you feeling strong, clear and inwardly more still and steady.

A great way to wind down after your busy week. These deeply relaxing classes are soothing combination of very gentle slow yoga stretches / postures lying down and sitting to release tension and ease the body, mindful breathing practices to calm the mind and nervous system, meditation, and deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to refresh and rejuvinate you for the weekend ahead, helping to release deeply rooted tensions. Enjoy the ambience of a cosy candlelit space, with the relaxing aroma of pure essential oils to deepen your experience of relaxation. Open to all levels of experience including those new to yoga and those with less mobility, or recovering from injury or illness, and those seeking a gently restorative practice.
Bring along a blanket, and wear cosy comfy layers. If you have your own yoga mat bring it along.
