All Level Drop in Classes

The class incorporates postures, breathing, and meditation into a complete system that is a great source of gentle exercise and stress management. This is a calm movement class that will stretch, strengthen, and relax.

No need to book. Just come along and enjoy.

 Weekly Drop In Class Schedule 

  • Mondays 6 - 7.15 PM @ Dance Resource Base, Cathedral Quarter 

    Yoga classes are available to buy in blocks of 5 (£35) or 10 lessons (£65). There is also a drop in facility, where you pay on the day (£8).

    You can pay for the flexi-card in advance and use it when it suits you. The flexi-card is signed off on each visit; it has no expiry date and can be used at any Saturday or City Centre class. Please bring a mat. 

  • Tuesdays 10.30-11.30 AM* @ Wandsworth Community Centre, Ballyhackamore £6. Please note classes Aug 1 and 8 from 8-9 AM.
  • Wednesdays 7-8 PM @ Dundonald Ice Bowl £5.

A structured step by step course that guides you slowly and safely through the basics of Hatha Yoga providing you with a solid foundation and detailed explanations of the principles of yoga practice and postures. For those with little or no experience of yoga, or for those returning to yoga as a refresher or to regain lost flexibility. Boost your strength and flexibility while learning to relax and de-stress, becoming healthier in body and mind. Pre-booking is required, so please get in touch if you'd like to join this course.

All Levels with Julie

These steady, calming classes with Julie are open to all, including beginners, and offer an effective synergy of breath-led movement, alignment-focused postures adapted for everyone, sound, deep relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.  A well rounded class to leave you feeling open, calm and relaxed. Plenty of modifications and variations are offered so that you can enjoy the class at your own pace and level.

Ideal for those who've completed my beginners course, but also open to all levels, and to anyone who'd like a steady slower pace of class.

Committing to a block of regular classes offers your body and mind time to absorb the benefits of regular practice, and ensures a commitment to your own health and well-being.  Pre-booking is essential as space is limited, but there is flexibility to switch attendance between the evening classes if you can't make your usual booked sesssion.

Intermediate Classes with Julie

For experienced students who are seeking a stronger more physically challenging flow-style class, along with a desire to go deeper into the more subtle aspects of the practice including pranayama, bandha, and meditation, as well as themes around yoga philosophy, mudra, mantra and more.  Modifications and variations are always offered, as is time to rest, so everyone can benefit at their own level.  Pre-booking is required, but there is flexibility to attend any other Stronger Intermediate class within the week if you can't make your usual class, so please get in touch if you'd like to join this class.

Candlelit Deep Relaxation with Julie

Candlelit Deep Relaxation with Julie

A great way to wind down after your busy week.  This class is a soothing and highly effective mix of very gentle slow yoga stretches / postures lying down and sitting to release tension and ease the body, mindful breathing practices to calm the mind and deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to refresh and rejuvinate you for the weekend ahead, helping to release deeply rooted tensions. Open to all levels of experience including those new to yoga and those with less mobility, or recovering from injury or illness, and those seeking a restorative practice.  You can pre-book for a block of classes and save money, or just drop in any Friday for £9, so please get in touch if you'd like to join this course
