Join Julie Preston, Co-Founder of Yogabelfast for this breath-led workshop encompassing use of therapeutic essential oils, both aromatically and topically, breath, targeted movement, meditation and yoga nidra deep relaxation to leave you feeling blissfully calm, centered and relaxed in body and mind.
Included in the price will be your own beautiful essential oil gift to take home, as well as raw vegan treats and warming herbal teas to round off the session. Workshops will take place in Gilnahirk Primary School 2.00-5.00pm.
