I attend Chandra’s yoga class on Wednesday lunchtimes in my office building.

The yoga really helps me to relax and I feel all the stresses and strains of my job melting away during the class. I feel refreshed and invigorated when I return to work in the afternoon. I had a sore shoulder which I’m sure was caused by being hunched over a computer all day. After a short time doing the yoga classes with Chandra, the mobility in my shoulder really improved along with my posture. The lunchtime classes fit in well with my lifestyle as I would find it difficult to regularly attend a yoga class in the evenings.
