Here at Yoga Belfast we know the great benefits that are yours with a regular yoga practice. In order to help you make the commitment to your health and well-being, we ask you to sign up for most of our classes in advance of the start date for a block or term. This is to help encourage you to attend regularly, as we know that life is busy and can often get in the way of you making time for yourself.
If, however, your schedule just doesn't allow you to make that commitment at the moment, we also offer three brilliant Open Level drop in yoga classes each week which are suitable for everyone - you don't need to book, just show up on the day and pay as you go. For the City Centre and Saturday drop in classes we also offer excellent value 5 or 10 class passes which can be used anytime.
For some sign-up classes it may also be possible to join after the start date if there is space available.
