I was quite active, cycling and walking until 3 years ago when I was widowed.

Due to lack of exercise my mobility slowed down and I feltdepressed as I was unable to push myself. As I am 78 years of age and have arthritis I was looking for something to help me keep on the go On discovering Julie's Chair Yoga Class I joined and was pleasantly surprised that there a lot of joint exercises that can be done at these classesThis is my third term and Julie has taught me how to be more confident in my daily life and my quality of mobility has greatly improved. I now look forward to the weekly classes."
