I would highly recommend this course, and in fact, despite having done it twice, would love to do it again!

What I really loved about the beginners course is that it is an introduction to all the aspects of yoga – the poses, breathing, diet, wellbeing, relaxing etc. It is all done gently without force, and you learn the value of looking after yourself. It is really informative and the class is a nice size and it feels like everyone is starting this amazing journey together.- its been like discovering a whole new beautiful world
