When you meditate, you give yourself an Inner Holiday.

If you cannot remember the last time you actually unplugged and relaxed - or if you are not sure you even know how to anymore - then we have got good news.

Meditation turns the mind inwards and investigates its habitual patterns of action, its resistances and desires. Meditation is the practice by which there is constant observation of the mind. It can give profound benefits in terms of physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It brings increased awareness and attention, allowing us to heal faster and to feel less stressed.

The meditation course will prepare you for developing a regular self-practice of meditation, with an understanding of the importance of place and time. An important step in meditation is to consciously relax the body. By adopting a systematic and attentive approach to sitting we are able to overcome our feelings of restlessness. One of the foundations before practising meditation is to control the breath. We will teach you techniques to help you focus on the breath understanding its connection to the mind. The breath can train the mind to be present.

By stopping the waves of thoughts you come to understand your true nature and discover the wisdom and tranquillity that lie within.

The practice of meditation is open to everyone, all you have to do is give it a go.
