A Sadhana is simply a daily practice that can assist you in developing inner poise and keeping your life in balance. An approach to find inner peace.
A Sadhana could be: a mantra meditation, specific yogic asana practice like surya namaskar (sun salutations), pranayama, meditation, a visualisation, reading an uplifting book, a daily walk in nature
The two hour session includes many of these practices to deepen your understanding of yoga.
Class is held once a month from 4 - 6 PM at Wandsworth Community Centre, Ballyhackamore and cost is £9. Pre-registering is required. You will need to bring a mat and cushion/blanket to sit on.
