Julie's Pregnancy Yoga classes in  East Belfast offer a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment in which to nuture you and your unborn baby, taking some quiet time out for yourself, and enjoy the company of other mums-to-be. The classes are open to anyone who is 14 weeks pregnant and over. You can join in at any time if there is space on a current course, and you don't need to have any previous experience of yoga.

Yoga is the perfect exercise during pregnancy. The carefully adapted practices provide a safe and gentle means of keeping the body toned and supple, and help promote a holistic approach to health and well-being for both you and your baby throughout the transitions of your pregnancy, and to prepare for labour and birth.

You can choose from Single Passes £10 or select from a range of  discounted class bundles (minimum purchase 4 classes)
