Dynamic Hatha Flow with Julie

For experienced students seeking a stronger breath-led dynamic hatha flow class.  Expect an intermediate level class that includes movement (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), relaxation, meditation and themes around yogic philosophy.  Modifications and variations are always offered, as is time to rest, so everyone can benefit at their own level, and show up just as they are.

Committing to a block of regular classes offers your body and mind time to absorb the benefits of regular practice, and ensures a commitment to your own health and well-being.  Pre-booking is essential as space is limited, but there is flexibility to switch attendance between any of the evening classes at Gilnahirk Primary School if you can't make your usual booked sesssion.  You can also choose to purchase a FREEDOM PASS  which allows you to mix and match to attend any Gilnahirk Primary Evening Class with Julie
