Ingredients
2 cups pitted medjool dates
1 cup shelled hemp seeds
1 cup raw walnuts
One third cup raw cacao
Half teaspoon sea salt / pink himalayan salt (optional)
Method
Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor until it forms a sticky dough.
Press into a lined baking tray
Place in the freezer for a couple of hours
Lift from the pan and cut into whatever size squares you like.
Store in the fridge or freezer
