Spring Equinox Wellness Weekend Retreat 2018

23 March 2018

Enjoy a fabulous weekend retreat on our stunning north coast, a time to get away from the busy-ness of daily life, and enjoy some time for yourself to relax, unwind and recharge.

Here's what a recent attendee wanted to share about her experience on the Autumn Equinox Wellness Weekend Retreat

"WOW, thank you so much for a wonderful weekend retreat.
It was my first experience so i really didn't know what to expect. I loved every aspect of it! From the yoga and meditation classes which were taught so professionally to the healthy fresh tasty abundant food, and also my first experience of Kirtan. What a great location to have on our doorstep which enabled us all to drop out of our busy lives and just be for a few days. I am still feeling the benefits of this fabulous retreat. Still feeling relaxed,i enjoyed the early morning yoga/meditation so much that i have incorporated a 30 minute routine into my day. Despite feeling very relaxed i am more focused, can concentrate better and my to-do list is rapidly diminishing!! Quite amazing really. " CH, Belfast
