A great way to wind down after your busy week.  This class is a soothing and highly effective mix of very gentle slow yoga stretches / postures lying down and sitting to release tension and ease the body, mindful breathing practices to calm the mind and deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to refresh and rejuvinate you for the weekend ahead, helping to release deeply rooted tensions. Open to all levels of experience including those new to yoga and those with less mobility, or recovering from injury or illness, and those seeking a restorative practice.  You can pre-book for a block of classes and save money, or pre-book a single class,  just drop in any Friday for £9.
