Candlelit Deep Relaxation with Julie


A great way to wind down after your busy week.  These deeply relaxing classes are soothing combination of very gentle slow yoga stretches / postures lying down and sitting to release tension and ease the body, mindful breathing practices to calm the mind and nervous system, meditation, and deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra) to refresh and rejuvinate you for the weekend ahead, helping to release deeply rooted tensions. Enjoy the ambience of a cosy candlelit space, with the relaxing aroma of pure essential oils to deepen your experience of relaxation.  Open to all levels of experience including those new to yoga and those with less mobility, or recovering from injury or illness, and those seeking a  gently restorative practice. 

Bring along a blanket, and wear cosy comfy layers.  If you have your own yoga mat bring it along.
