Yummy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

 The festive season is traditionally a time for a bit of over-indulgence, but you can still enjoy something sweet and decadent that's also good for you!  This fudge recipe is super yummy and only has 5 ingredients so its really easy to make, and would make a lovely present, or a great offering if you're heading to a party.  Merry Christmas fellow healthy foodies, I hope you'll enjoy this treat


1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup organic crunchy peanut butter

1 cup raw cacao

1/2 cup organic pitted dates

1 or 2 pinches of unrefined sea salt



  • Soak the dates in hot water for about 20 minutes to make them soft
  • If your coconut oil is solid, put it in a jar and place the jar in hot water to melt the oil
  • Place all the ingredients, except the peanut butter, in a food processor or high speed blender, and whizz until soft and well combined
  • Add the peanut butter and mix for a short time only to keep the crunch
  • Spread evenly into a tray bake tin
  • Place in the fridge for about an hour
