Our classes offer a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment in which to enjoy the company of other mums-to-be and to nuture you and your unborn baby, taking some quiet time out for yourself.
£49 for the 7 week
term (8 weeks = £56). Advanced booking is
required as space is limited.
No previous yoga experience necessary. ** Please note if you are over 34 weeks pregnant at the start date of the course you can opt to pre- book for a smaller number of classes if there is room on the course– prior booking is still required as space is limited, and priority is given to women already currently attending a course. If there is space its also possible to join a course mid-way through once you're 14 weeks. ** |
