The next 7 week course of Pregnancy Yoga starts on
Saturday 25th February  2012



Yoga is the perfect exercise for pregnancy.
It provides a safe and gentle means of
keeping the body toned and supple,
and can help to prevent or relieve some
of the common aches and pains of pregnancy.

Our classes offer a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment in which to enjoy the company of other mums-to-be and to
nuture you and your unborn baby, taking time out for yourself.

£49 for the Saturday term. Advanced booking is required as space is limited. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Please note if you are over 34 weeks pregnant at the start date of the course you can opt to pre- book for a smaller number of classes if there is room on the course–
prior booking is still required as space is limited.  If there is space its also possible to join a course mid-way through once you're 14 weeks.
