Our classes offer a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment in which to enjoy the company of other mums-to-be and to nuture you and your unborn baby, taking some quiet time out for yourself.

**Suitable from 14 weeks onwards**
Saturday mornings 10.15-11.45am at Gilnahirk Primary School
New Saturday Morning Term  11 May for 8 weeks. 

Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.45pm at Gilnahirk Primary School
Current Wednesday evening term 8 May for 7 weeks
**please note there is no class 19 June**

£49 for the  7 week term (8 weeks = £56). Advanced booking is required as space is limited.
No previous yoga experience necessary.

   ** Please note if you are over 34 weeks pregnant at the start date of the course you can opt to pre- book for a smaller number of  classes if there is room on the course– prior booking is still required as space is limited, and priority is given to women already currently attending a course.  If there is space its also possible to join a course mid-way through once you're 14 weeks. **

The carefully adapted practices provide a safe and gentle means of keeping the body toned and supple, and help promote a holistic approach to health and well-being for both you and your baby throughout the transitions of your pregnancy.
