other mums-to-be and to It provides a safe and gentle means of keeping the body toned and supple, and can help to prevent or relieve some of the common aches and pains of pregnancy. nuture you and your unborn baby, taking time out for yourself.

pregnant at the start date of the course you can opt to
pre- book for a smaller number of classes if there is
room on the course–
